Electric water pump

Electric water pump is an intelligent water pump driven by a motor, widely used in automotive cooling and thermal management systems. Auxiliary water pump

The auxiliary water pump is driven by an independent motor and is mainly used to maintain coolant circulation when the engine is turned off or the main water pump is under load, prevent component overheating, and intelligently start and stop according to temperature requirements through an electronic control unit (ECU) to accurately adjust the flow rate. It is widely used in turbocharger cooling, new energy vehicle battery thermal management, and heating and air conditioning systems to improve the efficiency and performance of vehicle thermal management.

Thermal Management Module

The electric thermal management module acts smartly, utilizing sensors throughout the system to collect real-time temperature data from components such as the engine and battery. The control unit (ECU) then makes decisions to actively regulate coolant flow, circulation paths, and even the air conditioning system, precisely maintaining optimal operating temperatures for each component to achieve the best balance between energy efficiency and performance.

The electronic thermostat is an ECU-controlled "water tap" that actively heats its wax element to precisely direct coolant flow, keeping the engine in its most efficient temperature range.

The turbocharger actuator is an electric motor precisely controlled by the engine computer (ECU) to actively and real-time manage boost pressure by adjusting the opening of the wastegate.
